Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the Tu Propio Patrón service. By activating your site and paying your first month, you agree to them.
The service
We build your professional website at no build cost. The service is a subscription: $99 USD per month, flat fee. It includes hosting, SSL, a domain, and reasonable changes via WhatsApp.
Your 7 free days
We do not ask for a card and we do not sign you up for anything. We build your site, send you the link over WhatsApp, and you have 7 days to see it working and show it to whoever you like. Nothing is charged during those days, and there is nothing to cancel, because no charge is ever scheduled.
If you like it and you want it, you decide to activate it, and that is when your subscription begins. If you do not want it, you do nothing: we charge you nothing and the site simply stays inactive.
Promotional activation price
If you activate during your 7 free days, your first month is $9.90 USD instead of $99, using the promotional code in effect. After the first month the subscription continues at $99 per month, flat fee.
This promotional price applies only during your 7 days. After the 7 days, activation is charged at the regular price. The discount applies once, to the first month, and does not change the price of any later month.
Your subscription
When you activate, your first month is charged — $9.90 if you activated within your 7 days, or $99 if they have passed — and your site goes live. The subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel it. Stripe sends you a receipt for every charge.
Flat price
Your $99/month rate does not increase while your subscription remains active. There are no setup fees, no mandatory “extras”, and no term contracts.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your service stays active through the end of the month you already paid for, and no new charge is made. Completed charges are non-refundable except for billing errors.
Your domain
Your site’s domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) is registered by us, in the name of Tu Propio Patrón. While your subscription is active, we buy it, manage it, and pay its renewal each year at no extra cost to you.
That domain is exclusive to your business and we do not use it for anything else. While you are a customer, we keep it under our management. If you cancel your service, you may ask us to transfer it to you — we will help you complete the transfer at no cost, to whichever registrar account you name.
Your site’s content
You authorize us to create your site’s content (copy, structure, and professional photography from our library) based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information (name, licensing, services, contact details).
Changes and support
We accept reasonable change requests via WhatsApp (e.g., phone number, services, areas, copy). We reserve the right to limit excessive requests or requests outside the normal scope of the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep your site available at all times, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific business results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.
Assignment
We may assign this agreement — together with your subscription, your site, the registration and management of your domain, and your account information — to another company in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of Tu Propio Patrón, without needing your permission. The new owner is bound by these same terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is always published on this page. If a change is material — the price, or what the service includes, for example — we will tell you on WhatsApp at least 30 days beforehand.
If you continue using the service after those 30 days, or your next monthly payment is taken, you are taken to have accepted the new version. If you do not agree, you may cancel at any time without penalty, as always.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
